Altyon Partners invests in both commercial and residential property. We have secured substantial funding via private equity funds and Exempt Property Unit Trusts (EPUTs) to invest in high return opportunities. Over the last two years the main focus has been the purchase, promotion and delivery of large urban projects and commercial assets which require active asset management. |
The EPUTs are aimed at professional investors and SIPP and SSAS holders. With the knowledge that many fund managers are becoming increasingly wary of open-ended property vehicles, funds are struggling to deploy the recent significant influx of cash into the sector. Altyon is aware that the advantage of a Trust is that it can be invested 100% in to property.
Altyon also invests in Joint Ventures (JVs), with third parties sometimes bringing their own opportunities to the table. Altyon will also consider personalised transactions.
